Refund Policy

Cancellation by Organizer: In the event that the festival does not meet the required minimum number of participants, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event. In such cases, participants will be notified in advance, and a full refund of the ticket price will be issued.

Participant Cancellation:

• If a participant wishes to cancel their attendance at the festival, they are eligible for a 75% refund if the cancellation is made at least 3 weeks (21 days) before the start of the festival.

• Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the festival start date are non-refundable.

Any refund requests must be made in writing to the organizer's designated contact email. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the refund request.
